We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of financial statements to assess company performance and identify trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
- Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Compare actual results with forecasts and budgets, identifying and explaining variances.
- Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and economic factors impacting the organization.
- Provide recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Create and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.
- Assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives through scenario analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and software such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques.
- Experience managing a team and dealing with a variety of senior stakeholders across geographies
- High level team organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Fluent English
